Lou Quinto is the president and founder of Quintessential
Management, Inc. Lou has over 20 years of training and personal
development experience. His clients consider his style of training
as engaging, motivating and entertaining which makes him a popular
choice for conducting their seminars and workshops.
Recently, Lou was recognized by Action Management
Associates as a member of its Million Dollar Club. The award is presented
to individuals who deliver its Problem Solving and Decision Making seminar
and have participants document over $1,000,000 of savings for their
employers. In 2002, participants who attended seminars led by Lou
documented bottom-line savings in excess of $3.5 million. He is only the
sixth person recognized internationally since the award's creation in 1995.
Lou has conducted seminars throughout the United States and

In
1995, Steve Murphy joined Quintessential Management, Inc. as a consultant.
Steve's dedication, friendly style and irrepressible sense of humor
make him a highly sought-after trainer, consultant and motivational
speaker.
An Indiana native, Steve received his B.A. from
Purdue University and his M.A. in Education from Indiana University.
He began his career in education, teaching science and social studies.
He then went into sales with Stanley Tools, followed by sales and
sales management positions in the computer industry. Steve joined
the world of training in 1988 and spent six and a half years as
a facilitator with Franklin Quest (now, Franklin Covey).
Steve's clients have included Kraft, American
Express, Tennessee Valley Authority, Indiana Gas, the Department
of Defense and the Interior, the states of Michigan and Indiana,
Hobart, Anthem-Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Huntington Bank, Motorola,

Andy
is a consultant for Quintessential
Management and
facilitates the sales training, presentation skills and some of QMI's critical
thinking programs.
Andy is a 1975 graduate of Purdue University and
brings to the table over 20 years of sales and recruiting experience.
In 1994 both Andy and his wife Leslie put their careers on hold and spent
the next three years serving on the staff of a large congregation in central
Indiana.
